OBITUARY: Robert Carson

Robert R. Carson, Jr., 37, died as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Amherst, NH on April 20, 2013.

Robert was born on August 25, 1975, in Nashua, a son of Robert R. and Terry (St. Aubin) Carson, Sr., of Wilton. He grew up in Nashua.

He worked in the foundry at Hitchiner Manufacturing in Milford for many years.

Robert enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, especially his children and grandson.  He enjoyed baseball and fishing as well.

Robert was a graduate of Wilton High School.  Following his graduation from high school, he enlisted with the National Guard.

Several family members, including his sister, Rose Ellen Carson, predeceased him.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his children, Rubin Carson, Gabrielle Ponton and Robyn Perkins; his grandson, Yentene Ponton; three sisters and a brother-in-law, Alice T. Carson, Terry L. Carson and Christian and Kevin Houle; five brothers and two sisters-in-law, Fred D. Carson, Christopher M. and Deborah Carson, Robert A. Carson, Richard D. and Jess Carson and Ronald Branch; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

SERVICES: Visiting hours will be held at the DAVIS FUNERAL HOME, One Lock St., Nashua on Tuesday afternoon and evening from 12:00 to 2:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM.  A Funeral Service in his honor will be held at DAVIS FUNERAL HOME, on Wednesday morning at 10:30 AM.  Family and friends are invited to attend.
