Milford Robbers Attacked, Held Down Victim For Pills

Jeremy Trask and Brianna Baglione face felony charges in connection to a robbery at Elm Street on Sunday.

A Milford man and woman face felony charges for a violent robbery that took place on 99 Elm Street Sunday night.

Milford Police arrested Jeremy Trask, 24, of 18 Foster Rd, Milford and Brianna Baglione, 18, of 18 Foster Rd, Milford later that evening on felony charges. Trask was charged with robbery, a class ‘B’ felony, and Baglione was charged with robbery and possession of a controlled drug, which is also a class ‘B’ felony.

The victim, Maurice Guay Jr., told police that the couple knocked on his door and pushed him down when he answered. They then held him down on the floor and proceed to take two prescription pill containers before leaving.

Trask and Baglione were held on $10,000 cash bail and were transported to Valley Street Jail. Both were arraigned in the Merrimack District Court on Monday, Nov.26.

Jeremy Trask is currently being held on $5,000 cash/bond. Brianna Baglione is currently being held on $2,500 cash/bond. Both are scheduled for a PC hearing in the Milford District Court on December 6, 2012, at 9:00 a.m.
