We the People: Tired of Being Broken – It’s Time for Change!
I'm tired of this...aren't you?

Today has been a departure from my usual approach, as I typically refrain from engaging in political matters. While I stay informed, I tend to remain silent. However, today, I’ve made the decision to speak up and take action. I want to clarify that my stance is not aligned with any political party. I believe that both sides have commendable qualities as well as significant flaws. It is essential for leaders to set aside their egos and differences in order to prioritize the well-being of the people they serve.
The people they serve. Let's take a moment to truly reflect on that.

It seems that many of us, as well as those in positions of power, have forgotten that these leaders are, in fact, working for us. It's crucial that we all remember this fundamental truth.
Now onto what lead me here...

Just like any typical morning for me, I was scrolling through Facebook while enjoying my first cup of coffee and all I see is post after post of people arguing, people complaining about life, people complaining about eggs, wages, lack of affordable house...etc, etc...
All I see is post after post that people suffering...suffering because of the state that the world finds itself in today.
My advice was, is, and always will be the same.
Stop complaining on Facebook and actually DO something about it. Take ACTION. Peacefully please. 🤗
With that said, I sat back in my chair, took another sip of coffee and decided to take my own advice.
With the resources and knowledge that I have, I created a petition and I wrote a plea to the President.
I know that I am tired of being unheard, unseen, and left to pick up the pieces while those in power look the other way.
Our voices matter, our struggles are real, and it’s time to take a stand.
By signing this petition, you are demanding action, accountability, and real solutions. (in a peaceful way)
This isn’t just about one issue—it’s about all of us who have been pushed aside, struggling to survive in a system that isn’t working FOR the people.
Here is the letter in the petition, and I also emailed it to the White House and I am also printing copies and sending it to local officials, state officials, and Washington.
Dear Mr. President,
I am writing to you on behalf of countless hardworking Americans who are struggling to make ends meet. Our nation is facing a crisis—not one caused by war or foreign threats, but by the unbearable weight of economic hardship that has made even the most basic human needs a daily battle.
Mr. President, the American people are suffering. Taxes are too high, while wages remain stagnant. The cost of housing has skyrocketed, making the dream of homeownership impossible for many and leaving families unable to afford a safe place to live. Grocery bills continue to rise, forcing parents to make heartbreaking choices between food, rent, or medical care. Heating and utility costs have become unbearable, especially for our elderly and low-income citizens who are left to endure the cold because they simply cannot afford warmth.
People are working themselves to exhaustion, yet they have little to show for it. The American dream—the very foundation of this great nation—is slipping away. Families who once found pride in hard work now find themselves trapped in a relentless cycle of struggle, unable to build a future or provide for their children. Healthcare remains out of reach for too many, forcing people to choose between medical treatment and putting food on the table.
Mr. President, we need immediate change. We need healthcare reform that ensures no American is left behind. We need lower housing prices so that families can afford a stable home. We need lower utility and food costs so that no one must choose between eating and keeping the lights on. Most importantly, we need wages that reflect the true cost of living—wages that allow people to work with dignity and live without fear of financial ruin.
Life is precious, yet too many Americans spend their days in constant worry, just trying to survive. We are not meant to live this way. We were meant to thrive, to raise families without fear of eviction, to work toward a future with hope rather than desperation. As our leader, I implore you to take action. Listen to the voices of the people of America. The time for change is now.
I urge you, Mr. President, to stand with the American people and fight for the reforms we so desperately need. Our country’s strength has always been its people—please, do not let them be forgotten.
