A cash mob is a simple and fun way to do a lot but doing a little. We help businesses in our local community grow while buying gifts and enjoying our downtown.

4. Come before midnight! Riverbend Youth Company alumni return to perform their rendition of Cinderella the Musical at the Amato Theater in Milford. The Rogers and Hammerstein version of Cinderella embodies the fantasy of your favorite childhood fairy tale, brought to life with bright original choreography, acting, costumes, and lighting. The timeless enchantment of a magical fairy tale is reborn with the Rodgers & Hammerstein hallmarks of originality, charm and elegance. Originally presented on television in 1957 starring Julie Andrews, Rodgers & Hammerstein's CINDERELLA was the most widely viewed program in the history of the medium. Its recreation in 1965 starring Lesley Ann Warren was no less successful in transporting a new generation to the miraculous kingdom of dreams-come-true, and so was a second remake in 1997, which starred Brandy as Cinderella and Whitney Houston as her Fairy Godmother. As adapted for the stage, with great warmth and more than a touch of hilarity, the hearts of children and adults alike still soar when the slipper fits. This Enchanted Edition is based on the 1997 teleplay. Catch the show on August 8, 9 and 10 at 7:30, and August, 10 at 2 p.m. Tickets are $8 for students and seniors and $12 for adults.

5. Granite State music! The Capitol Center for the Arts is hosting their NH Music Festival on Friday, Aug. 9 from 8-10:30 p.m. The full grandeur of classical music under the baton of Music Director Donato Cabrera. Celebrating our 61st season! This year we perform two concerts in Concord at the Capitol Center for the Arts. Tickets at the door are $35-50.
