8 Arrested In Nashua Police Granite Shield Sweep
Nashua police have conducted two Granite Shield sweeps this month, resulting in a total of 12 arrests -- most drug-related, police said.

NASHUA, NH -- The latest Nashua "Granite Shield" crime sweep netted eight arrests Thursday, according to police. Four of the accused are Nashua residents; the others are from Milford, Pelham and Methuen, Massachusetts. A similar crime sweep earlier this month netted another four arrests.
"Individuals were arrested for various drug crimes, and various crimes frequently associated with criminal behavior related to drug activity," Nashua Police Captain James Testaverde said in a statement.
These are the eight individuals arrested Thursday:

- Kareem Eldaly, 24, of Pelham, was charged with drug possession and dealing/possessing prescription drugs. He was released on $5,000 bond.
- Jessica Hernandez, 34, of Nashua, was charged with selling crack cocaine and being a habitual offender. She was released on $10,000 bond.
- Dawn Torres, 22, of Nashua, was charged with crack cocaine possession and released on $5,000 bond.
- Maureen Corsetti, 28, of Milford, was charged with selling methamphetamine and LSD possession. She was released on $10,000 bond.
- Chelimar Gonzalez, 27, of Methuen, Massachusetts, was charged with cocaine possession and released on $5,000 bond.
- Simon Concepcion, 38, of Methuen, Massachusetts, was charged with cocaine possession and released on $260 bond.
- James Dobson, 30, of Nashua, was arrested on a fraud warrant and held without bail.
- Cristian Mejia, 30, of Nashua, was charged with two counts of cocaine possession and released on $20,000 bond.
The arrests were part of an ongoing series of Nashua police crime sweeps under the "Granite Shield" program, a state-funded initiative targeting opioid distribution in communities across the state.
