YMCA Announces Current Board of Directors

The YMCA of Greater Nashua recently celebrated its 125^th anniversary.  As the organization continues its commitment to strengthening community, it’s pleased to announce the current board of directors. The policy and strategic direction that is set by the Y board of directors serves as a guide for the organization’s work in youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.

“The Y works every day to ensure that kids and adults have the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive,” said Mike LaChance, CEO of the local Y. “Board members represent our service area and each one brings a diverse set of strengths and knowledge, as well as passion for service.”

Officers of the organization include: Chief Volunteer Officer Denis Dancoes II (Director at Cushman & Wakefield of NH, Inc.), Vice President & Treasurer John Mokas (CFO of Normandeau Environmental Consultants), Secretary Timothy Vadney (Project Manager for Autodesk), Vice President of Board Development Jay Maiona (Attorney & Business Counselor Maiona Law, PLLC), and Vice President of Fund Development Andrea Riley-Arnesen (Financial Advisor, CFP,ChFC,CASL, Ameriprise Financial Services).

Individuals elected to the board over the last several months include: Michelle Boockoff-Bajdek, Stephen Bracci, Patricia Creedon, Angela DelOrfano, Dr. Robert Dorf, Sherrie Juris, Donna Karwoski, Kyle Merritt, Michael Rubino, and Jennifer Seusing.

Having served one or more years as of the current date include: Dr. Michael Chow, Mark Cookson, Nancy Epstein, Beth Goldberg, Andrea Hebert, Dr. Norman Kossayda, Suresh Kumar, David Mahoney, Daniel Ohlson, and Chad Tanguay.
