Buy Your $15 Ticket for a Night of Downtown BBQ
Do your part: Eat some BBQ and provide feedback on the future Riverside Barbecue menu.

Here's an amazing chance to be part of the next big thing downtown – owners of The Sausage King will soon be transforming their space into the Riverside Barbecue this fall. In an effort to give the public a taste of what's to come, in exchange for some valuable feedback about the menu, you're invited to a one-time tasting event. It's happening in conjunction with Visualize Nashua at the Hunt Building, 6 Main St., on Wednesday Aug. 21 at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets are available here for $15.
Check Out the Menu!
Pulled Pork - Slow smoked bone-in pork shoulder, cooked for 12 hours with a mix of hickory, pecan, and maple woods.Texas Brisket - After spending 16 hours in our smoker, this Texas style brisket comes out juicy and tender. In Texas they’ll tell you there’s no need for sauce, but we have some just in case.
Kansas City Burnt Ends - After slicing a Brisket, you are left with what is called the point. The point tends to dry out and toughen up, so some people in Missouri found if you chop it up, add a sweet and spicy vinegar sauce to it and cook it for even longer, it becomes even better. As Dave says, it’s the best pulled pork you’ll ever have, because it’s beef.
House made Cornbread - Our cornbread is more of a northern style cornbread, sweet and moist. Buttery and rich, it tastes just fine by itself.
