Closure: Packer to Serve 52 Years In Death of EMT

Nearly two years later after the brutal stabbing death of Paul Frontiero outside his Nashua home, his accused killer, Matthew Packer, was sentenced Wednesday in Hillsborough County Superior Court.

Packer will serve 52 years in prison, after pleading guilty last month to second-degree murder. Two women were also injured in the incident during which Frontiero, 27, tried to intervene after hearing commotion outside his home. Packer stabbed Frontiero multiple times, striking a fatal blow to Frontiero's heart.
