FBI Report: How Much Violent Crime Happened in Nashua ?

The FBI recently released its annual ”Crime in the United States” report, which includes information about Nashua.

According to the report, Nashua saw 202 violent crimes in 2014. Violent crime includes offenses involving force or the threat of force: murder and non-negligent manslaughter, rape, robbery and aggravated assault, according to the FBI.

There were 3 reported instances of murder or non-negligent manslaughter, 57 reported rapes, fifty two robberies, and 90 aggravated assaults.

Other crime stats for Nashua include 1,508 larcenies, 271 burglaries, seventy six motor vehicle thefts, and fourteen cases of arson.

Nationally, violent crime decreased last year by 0.2 percent from 2013, according to the report.
