Help Walkin' Wheels Roll to Victory in Online Walmart Contest

Vote Today and help put Walkin' Wheels on the shelf!

OK, Patchers - you helped Amherst-based HandicappedPets.com roll past the first challenge in the Walmart "Get on the Shelf" competition. Your votes helped them reach the finals.

Now let's push them to victory.

Walkin' Wheels has a chance to become a featured product on Walmart.com, but your votes are needed now. They are one of 20 finalists. Voting ends Sept. 27. You can vote once daily.

It All Began with Chris P. Bacon

You may remember this great invention from the story about Chris P. Bacon, a handicapped pig, which got national attention. Since then, the company has expanded and moved operations from Nashua to a bigger warehouse in Amherst.

"Get on the Shelf" is a social, crowd-sourcing competition developed by Walmart Labs that gives entrepreneurs a chance to get noticed and sell their products on Walmart.com and potentially in select Walmart stores.

During the first round of competition, the public helped upvote Walkin' Wheels into the finals.

To do your part, click this link to Walmart: Get on the Shelf, and cast your vote. It's really that simple.
