Hudson Felon Indicted On Drug, Stolen Gun Possession Charges: Hillsborough County Superior Court Roundup

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the people listed below.

Ryan D. Duval, 37, of Brook Drive in Hudson, on a felony identity fraud charge. He was accused of attempting to use the name, address, and Social Security number of another to obtain services from Verizon Wireless on Dec. 3, 2024, in Hudson.

Crystal Farley, 38, of Timothy Lane in Hudson, on criminal threatening, receiving stolen property, pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, and four controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, amphetamine, buprenorphine, diazepam, and fentanyl, all felonies. She was accused of possessing a stolen Sig Sauer P320 and drugs on June 22 and June 23 in Nashua. Farley is a felon due to a driving under the influence causing bodily injury conviction in San Diego County, North County Division Court, in California, in December 2010.

Jeffrey Fournier, 37, of Mill Road in Brentwood, on three felony counts of second-degree assault. He was accused of punching an intimate partner multiple times in the torso, causing a broken rib and pneumothorax, and strangling her on April 30 in Nashua.

Adriel Javier Gonzalez, 19, of McKeon Street in Nashua, on a felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of entering Time Machine Auto Sales in Hudson on July 15 and cutting a lock securing a 2023 Kawasaki KX450 dirt bike, valued at more than $1,500.

Alissa Selena R. Gutierrez, 31, of no fixed address in Nashua, on three felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited, buprenorphine, fentanyl, and methadone, on Sept. 11, 2024, in Nashua.

Rachel King, 40, of Burke Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited, meth and fentanyl. She was accused of possessing the drugs with the intent to sell them on April 5 in Nashua.

Erica E. Lake, 36, of Ash Court in Nashua, on possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-fentanyl and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. She was accused of discarding a clear plastic baggie into a bush to impede a Nashua police investigation on April 1. Lake was previously convicted on a possession charge in Hills South in July 2023.

James Lankford, 79, of Gowing Road in Hudson, on three felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. He was accused of repeatedly touching a child’s genitalia for sexual arousal or gratification between May 1, 2023, and Oct. 1, 2024, in Hudson.

Valmore LaPlante, 46, of Temple Street in Nashua, on common nuisances and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, meth, and cocaine mix. He was accused of possessing the drug on April 10 in Nashua. LaPlante also kept a dwelling that was used by drug-dependent people for keeping and/or selling drugs between March 26 and April 10, according to an indictment.

Wendy Leedberg-Snow, 60, of Richmond Street in Nashua, on theft by misapplication of property and two title fraud charges, all felonies. She failed to make a payment of more than $1,500 to a trust for between May 15 and July 1, 2024, in Nashua, she made a false statement on a title for a Chevrolet Silverado on Nov. 14, 2023, in Nashua, and made a false statement on a utility trailer title on June 10, 2024, in Nashua, according to the indictments.
