Hudson Man Indicted On Sexual Assault Charges After Incident In Nashua’s Mine Falls Park: Indictment Roundup
Manchester man accused of strangling woman, kicking dog; man faces stolen gun indictment; Merrimack man indicted on strangulation charge.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the people listed below.
Krystal Anderson, 29, of East Pearl Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug acts; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on April 14, 2024, in Nashua.
Shawn Brady, 36, of West Hollis Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug acts; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Feb. 20 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of possession in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in May 2016.

Christopher Brown, 44, of Central Avenue in Dover, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of possessing a firearm belonging to another person inside a vehicle in Hudson on July 14, 2024.
Jody Burtsell, 45, of Foster Square in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug acts; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on Jan. 17 in Nashua. She was previously convicted on a drug sale charge, according to the indictment, in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in November 2009.

Gregory J. Bushey, 34, of Shelburne Road in Merrimack, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on June 23, 2024, in Merrimack.

Thomas Famolare, 25, of Arelene Street in Pelham, on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl-subsequent charge on June 3, 2024, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a controlled premise charge in November 2022 in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Aleisandro Garcia, 23, of Dakota Drive in Hudson, on indecent exposure and lewdness, endangering the welfare of a child or incompetent, three felonious sexual assault, and two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of fondling and sexually assaulting a girl on Sept. 14, 2024, in Mine Falls Park in Nashua. Garcia also exposed himself to the child and stating, “Do you want to suck it?,” or words to that effect while exposing himself, according to the indictments.
Samantha Gervais, 32, of Merrimack Street in Hudson, on two felony controlled drug acts; acts prohibited charges, clonazepam and fentanyl, on Nov. 3, 2023, in Nashua.
James Gibson, 34, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl-subsequent charge on Dec. 30, 2024, in Hudson.

Keagan Gingras, 29, of an unknown address in Manchester, on cruelty to animals and two second-degree assault-domestic violence charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Dec. 12, 2024, in Nashua. Gingras also purposely kicked a dog named JoJo on Jan. 20 in Nashua, according to an indictment.
Jean Angel Gonzalez Cortes, 18, of 11th Street in Nashua, on first-degree assault, second-degree assault, and reckless conduct charges, all felonies. Eric Graves, 46, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine on Oct. 30, 2024, in Nashua.
Adam Grenier, 45, of Verona Street in Nashua, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine. He was accused of selling the drug to an agent of the New Hampshire State Polcie on May 14, 2024, in Hudson.
