Hudson Woman Charged in Forgery, Stalking
Police investigated a report of a personal check being stolen, forged and cashed at a Nashua bank.
Nashua police have arrested a Hudson woman on charges of forgery and domestic violence stalking.
Police said Danielle Labonte, 23, was arrested on a warrant May 22 on the charges, a Class B felony and Class A misdemeanor, respectively.
The charges date back to April 30, when a Hudson resident reported that a personal check of his was stolen, forged and cashed at a bank in Nashua, police said.
An investigation led officers to Labonte, and she was located in the company of a Nashua man she was prohibited from being with, which led to the domestic violence charge due to bail conditions related to a prior incident, according to police.
A Class B Felony is punishable by up to seven years in prison, exclusive of fines. A Class A Misdemeanor is punishable by up to a year in jail, exclusive of fines.
Labonte was held at the Nashua Police Department on $10,000 cash bail pending her arraignment May 23.
