iUGO's Brainfood lunch sessions give you a chance to get up close and personal with successful local business owners. Here's more on Stefan:

Stefan Hausberger, 41, has been the proud owner of Zimmermann's Ski and Snowboard Shop since 1999.  He's been in the business for 28 winters and unlike most industry veterans with that much experience, he's still young enough to identify with his customer base.

In high school, Stefan knew that he wanted to one day run his father's ski shop and would often skip class just to go to Zimmermann's and work.  He barely graduated high school.

As a result, Stefan decided not to pursue his education any further, but after a year and a half of working full-time, he realized this mistake.  In short order, Stefan graduated from UNH's Whittemore School, second in his class, returning on an annual basis to give freshmen classes a reality check about "what it's like in the real world."

Amongst the other businesses he's run have been a screen printing shop, a North Face Concept Store, a chain of Zimmermann's stretching 7 stores, and a charity.  Some have succeeded where others did not, but Stefan remains steadfast in his belief to "Never give up, unless its time to give up."
