Litchfield Man Accused Of Throwing Feces At Nashua Police Officer
Peter MacQueen, was arrested for DUI and operating under suspension. While being held he is accused of Aggravated Assault

NASHUA, NH - Nashua Police observed a black Honda Civic on Canal Street, traveling at an excessive speed and disregarding traffic control devices according to the police officer.
The officer initiated a motor vehicle stop and the operator was identified as Peter MacQueen, 23 of Litchfield. The officer noted signs of impairment and MacQueen was subsequently arrested for Driving or Operating Under the Influence of Drugs or Liquor, Class B Misdemeanor.
MacQueen was transported to the Nashua Police Department where it was learned his New Hampshire operating privileges were suspended, and he had been previously convicted of operating after suspension, a Class A Misdemeanor.

During MacQueen's detention, he allegedly urinated and defecated on the floor of his holding cell and threw his feces outside of his cell onto the floor. As a result, MacQueen was additionally charged with Assault by Prisoner Aggravated Assault, Class B Felony.
