Man Charged in 2009 Burglary

Paul Doucette, 46, No Fixed Address, was arrested Aug. 16 charged with a felony in connection in a 2009 burglary.

On November 24, 2009, the Nashua Police Department responded to the Shell Food Mart, 160 Broad Street, for a report of an activated alarm. It was determined that a burglary had occurred at the location and an undisclosed amount of cash was stolen.

Members of the Nashua Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division furthered this incident and, based on their investigation, Paul Doucette was subsequently charged with Burglary.

A Class B Felony is punishable by up to seven years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Doucette was held at the Nashua Police Department on $1,000 personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment at 9th Circuit Court - Nashua District Division on August 30, 2013.
