Man Charged in Theft of Jewelry

Eric Floyd faces a felony charge for the alleged theft of jewelry.

Eric Floyd, 32, of 45 1/2 Lake Street, Nashua, was arrested May 6, charged with one count of receiving stolen property, a class A felony, in connection to an April theft on Whitford Road.

Police said on April 13 a homeowner reported specific pieces of jewelry were missing. A subsequent investigation was conducted by the Nashua Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division and Eric Floyd was developed as a suspect. 

A class A felony is punishable by up to 15 years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Floyd was released on $300 Cash/$10,000 personal recognizance bail pending his upcoming arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court on May 24, 2013.
