Man From Illinois Indicted On 12 Child Sexual Assault Charges From The 1990s: Superior Court Roundup
Homeless woman indicted on credit card fraud charge; Nashua man indicted on burglary, drug charges; man faces witness tampering indictments.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the people listed below.
James Gibson, 34, of no fixed address in Nashua, on possession of fentanyl-subsequent and felon in possession charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and a hatchet on Feb. 11 in Nashua. Gibson is a felon due to a subsequent drug possession conviction from October 2020 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Renato Santos Gloria, 43, of Faxon Avenue in Nashua, on four felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-intent to sell or dispense charges, fentanyl, crack cocaine, marijuana, and cocaine, on Sept. 1, 2023, in Nashua.

Justin H. Gotham, 38, of no fixed address in Nashua, on burglary and three controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, meth and fentanyl, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs on Feb. 5 and Feb. 7, 2024, in Nashua. Gotham burglarized a building on University Drive in Nashua, according to the indictment.
Alissa Selena R. Gutierrez, 30, of no fixed address in Nashua, on falsifying physical evidence and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited, cocaine charges. She was accused of possessing the drugs on June 9, 2024, and Feb. 17 in Nashua. Gutierrez concealed a white powder substance to impair a pending investigation on Jun 9, 2024, in Nashua, according to the indictment.

John Kruger, 73, of Ridge Road in Homewood, Illinois, on four felonious sexual assault and eight aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. Between March 30, 1993, and Dec. 31, 1994, he was accused of repeatedly fondling a girl and having her fondle him. Kruger was accused of fondling a girl and having her fondle him repeatedly between March 30, 1993, and Dec. 31, 1994, and Jan. 1, 1995, and Dec. 31, 1996, in Hudson.
Cara Kulingoski, 48, a homeless woman now located in Nashua, on fraudulent of use of a credit card and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and crack cocaine charges, all felonies. She was accused of using multiple credit and-or debit cards belonging to another woman on Sept. 22, 2024, in Nashua. The drug charges were from an incident on Feb. 13, 2024, in Nashua. Kulingoski was previously convicted of possession in January 2005 in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
Jeffrey Lavoie, 39, of Jeanne Drive in Hudson, on two felony tampering with witnesses and informants charges. He was accused of harassing two people on April 18, 2024, after they reported his previous criminal actions to Hudson police.
Tabitha Lopez, 41, of Buck Street in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Hudson on May 14, 2024. Previously, twice before, she has been convicted of theft in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in August 2015 and January 2017.
