Man Nabbed After Trying To Rob Pawn Shop In Nashua: Police
Yorbis Peguero, 23, of Massachusetts will be arraigned in Hillsborough County Superior Court on a burglary charge.

NASHUA, NH — Police have arrested a 23-year-old man from Massachusetts on an outstanding arrest warrant from an attempted pawn shop burglary in Nashua back in January.
Yorbis Peguero, 23, of Mattapan, Massachusetts is charged with conspiracy to commit burglary, a Class B Felony.
Around 3:30 a.m. on January 2, 2022, Nashua police officers were patrolling the area near Daniel Webster Highway when they interrupted an attempted burglary in progress at Victoria Goldia Cash for Gold, a pawn shop.

Police say one of several individuals involved in the incident was identified as Peguero.
Detectives from the Criminal Investigation Division furthered the investigation and obtained an arrest warrant, charging Peguero with conspiracy to commit burglary.

A Class B Felony is punishable by up to seven years of imprisonment, exclusive of fines.
Peguero was held on preventative detention and will be arraigned in Hillsborough County Superior Court on Tuesday.
Police say the investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact the Nashua Police Department at (603) 589-1665.
