NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the people listed below.

Tylor C. Angers, 28, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. He was accused of destroying a glass pipe to impair an investigation on Feb. 3 in Nashua.

Jason Aubut, 27, of Pratt Street in Nashua, on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, methamphetamine, carfentanil, and alprazolam on Dec. 23, 2024, in Nashua. Previously, Aubut was convicted on possession in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Mark Kushakji, 54, of Ash Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge in Nashua on Jan. 30.

Derek Lennartson, 54, of East Pearl Street in Nashua, on theft by unauthorized taking and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-clonazepam charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing $330.61 at Hannaford supermarket in Nashua on Oct. 22, 2024, after previously being convicted on theft charges in 1995 and 1998. Lennartson was also convicted of acts prohibited in January, according to the indictment.

Yalei Li, 38, of Ralph Street in Rosemead, California, on a felony attempted theft by deception charge. He was accused of traveling to a person’s home to obtain more than $1,500 of their money or valuables in Nashua on April 8.

Eric Lord, 54, of Greenville Road in New Ipswich, on robbery and theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of robbing a bank in New Ipswich by providing a teller with a note staying, “8,000 in 30 seconds or I shot (sic) you were (sic) you stand” on April 2.

Luis Lugo-Santiago, 41, of Flagstone Drive in Nashua, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Broad Street in Nashua on March 13 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in March 2019.

John Oriol, 32, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Jan. 28 in Nashua.

Aisayack Isreal Perez-Virella, 22, of Buck Street in Nashua, on attempted first-degree assault and two riot charges. He was accused of shooting a person and assembling two or more people to engage in tumultuous or violent conduct on Ash Street in Nashua on Nov. 26, 2024.

Philip Pergola, 51, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing items from Target in Nashua on Feb. 22, 2024, after being convicted twice before of petty larceny and petit larceny in New York in 2011 and 2015.

Christopher Perrin, 35, of Crawford Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on four felony counts of controlled drug; acts prohibited-cocaine, meth, and marijuana on April 7 and April 18, 2024, in Nashua.

Andy Phongsavanh, 38, of Poplar Lane in Chelmsford, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of exercising control over cash, a Motorola radio, and an earpiece valued at $1,501-plus, at TJMaxx in Nashua between Jan. 13 and April 13, 2024.
