Democratic candidate Latha Mangipudi has requested a recount in the Ward State Rep primary against Carl Andrade. Andrade edged Mangipudi by three votes, 170- 167.
The recount is scheduled for Monday Sept. 23, at 2 p.m. in Concord, in the office of the Secretary of State.
