Mass. Man Indicted In 20-Plus Year Milford Murder Case: Hillsborough County Superior Court Roundup
Nashua woman faces robbery charge; Hudson man indicted on burglary, domestic violence charges; Pelhman man indicted on strangulation charge.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the people listed below.
Joseph Hall, 37, of Pine Street in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Nordstrom Rack in Nashua on July 5. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges in Merrimack District Court in October 2008 and Hills North in July 2014.
Douglas Herlihy, 39, formerly of Saugus, Massachusetts, on two counts of second-degree murder, two counts of attempted falsifying physical evidence, and single counts of theft by unauthorized taking and unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle, all felonies. He was accused of killing Paul Herlihy between Aug. 23 and Aug. 24, 2003, in Milford, digging a grave to conceal his body, and exercising control of a credit card and Lincoln Mark VIII vehicle.

Chad Hirtle Jr., 28, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,501 merchandise from Walmart in Hudson on Nov. 9, 2024.
Brad Horan, 53, of Lemere Drive in Pelham, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on June 19 in Pelham.

David Robert Iannotti, 48, of Main Street in Nashua, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charges on Feb. 25 in Nashua.
Kashmire Iderbei, 35, of Rena Street in Hudson, on burglary and domestic violence charges, both felonies. He was accused of threatening an intimate partner with a baseball bat in Hudson on May 17. Iderbei burglarized a home on Rena Street in Hudson on July 19, according to the indictment.

Gregory Levesque, 36, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, crack cocaine and fentanyl, charges on April 22 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of acts prohibited in May 2018 in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Laura J. Little, 46, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony robbery charge. She was accused of holding pepper spray and threatening to spray another person while committing theft at Walmart in Hudson on July 25, 2024.
Adrian Kane Maas, 31, of Chatham Street in Nashua, on receiving stolen property and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing and possessing stolen jewelry valued at more than $1,501 from another person in Nashua on April 10.
Adam Masseur, 36, of Brinton Drive in Nashua, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charges on Nov. 27, 2024, and Feb. 19 in Merrimack. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on drug possession in Merrimack District Court in October 2010.
Stefano Mazzocchi, 36, of 8th Avenue in Los Angeles, California, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of 11 cash withdrawals from an ATM against one victim and seven against another on Feb. 21 in Pelham.
