Milford Man Indicted On Child Sexual Assault Charges: Superior Court Roundup

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the people listed below.
Jason Clark, 25, of Moran Road in Temple, on a felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charge. He was accused of driving drunk and causing a crash that resulted in serious bodily injury on Sept. 16, 2023, in Wilton.
Frank Ducharme, 50, of Worcester Street in Nashua, on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, buprenorphine and alprazolam, on Jan. 10 and Feb. 7 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, Ducharme was convicted on a possession charge in Hillsborough District Court in December 2006.

Brieonna Duval, 34, of Myrtle Street in Nashua, on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on Canal Street in Nashua on Feb. 24 after being deemed a habitual offender in June 2023 by the NH DMV.
Marc Etienne, 20, of Partridge Circle in Brockton, Massachusetts, on two criminal mischief-accomplice and three theft by unauthorized taking-accomplice charges. He acted in concert with Micaiah Taylor, Nelshon Pires, and Derek Gaillot to steal three Dodge Durango SRTs from Allen Mello Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Nashua on March 2, 2024, according to the indictments.

Steven Pare, 57, of Spring Street in Nashua, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Temple Street in Nashua on Jan. 3 after being deemed a habitual offender in March 2024 by the NH DMV.
Adam Peters, 49, of Roy Drive in Hudson, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Central Street in Hudson on Jan. 23 after being deemed a habitual offender in May 2024 by the NH DMV.
Emmanuel Vazquez, 47, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and crack cocaine on Dec. 9, 2024, in Nashua.
Luis A. Vazquez, 43, of East Pearl Street in Nashua, on three felony duty to report charges. He was accused of failing to register with the Nashua Police Department on May 23, Aug. 23, and Nov. 23, 2024. Vazquez is a sex offender due to being convicted on two counts of felonious sexual assault-victim 13 or older but under 16 with an age difference of more than four years in August 2004.
Shane Watkins, 32, of Sherburn Road in Pelham, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing money belonging to 7-Eleven at 7 Spit Brook Road in Nashua between Jan. 6 and March 7, 2020.
Timothy Zanis, 39, of Lorden Drive in Milford, four aggravated felonious sexual assault charges and five felonious sexual assault. He was accused of fondling a girl and making her fondle him on Aug. 1, and July 1, 2024, and Jan. 1 and Jan. 4 in Milford.
