Nashua Felon Indicted On Criminal Threatening, Gun Possession Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Thief indicted on a new theft charge; elderly man indicted on child sexual abuse images charges; Merrimack woman indicted on cocaine charge.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the people listed below.
Joseph Hall, 37, of Pine Street in Nashua, on three felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and methamphetamine, on Jan. 1 and March 13 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in December 2017.
Michelle Hammond, 35, of Cypress Lane in Nashua, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. She was accused of driving on Palm Street in Nashua on Aug. 7, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in February 2024.

Kenneth Hansen, 49, of no fixed address in Nashua, on criminal threatening, pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, and pistols & revolvers; armed career criminals charges, all felonies. He was accused of displaying a pistol and threatening another person with it on March 17 in Nashua. Hansen, according to the indictment, was previously convicted on acts prohibited and two burglary charges in 2009, 2016, and 2020 in New Hampshire.
Jennifer Havey, 27, of Maple Street in Pepperell, Massachusetts, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Dec. 12, 2024, in Nashua.

Chad Hirtle Jr., 28, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing merchandise from the Polo store at the Merrimack Premium Outlets Mall on March 16.

James Mackerchar, 51, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing two packages belonging to another person on Oct. 8, 2024, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges in 2003 and 2006 in New Hampshire.
Trinity Mansfield, 31, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine and fentanyl mix charge on Oct. 8, 2024, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of acts prohibited in March 2020 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Lizette S. Markham, 52, of Durham Street in Nashua, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. She was accused of driving on Webster Street in Hudson on Jan. 25 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in January 2023.
Jason Marrotte, 35, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-clonazepam and four burglary counts, all felonies. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on prior drug offenses. Marcotte was accused of burglarizing a basement on Kinsley Street on Sept. 2, Sept. 7, Sept. 13, and Dec. 26, 2024, in Nashua. Kate Minichiello, 44, of Cambridge Street in Merrimack, on a felony possession of cocaine charge on Dec. 19, 2024, in Merrimack.
