Nashua Man Accused of Witness Tampering

Nashua man allegedly offered money in exchange for a woman to drop charges.

Nashua police have arrested a city man on charges of witness tampering, allegedly for offering money to a woman in exchange for her dropping charges against another man known to both of them.

Jeffrey Hardy, 26, with a last known address of 6 Heon Court, Apt. 2, Nashua, was charged April 24 in connection with the reported tampering complaint from Jan. 23.

Tampering with Witnesses and Informants is a Class B Felony and punishable by up to one year to seven years in prison.
