Nashua Man Arrested for Bank Robbery

Waldy Pena was arrested in Methuen, Massachusetts for an alleged bank robbery in that city.

The 20 year old Waldy Pena is facing a felony for the robbery that took place on October 2 at a Santander bank. Pena is accused of entering the bank and slipping a note to the teller demanding money.

After video surveillance was released to the media the police got tips that gave them Pena’s identity. He was later arrested in Methuen, Mass and extradited to New Hampshire.

If Pena is convicted he could be facing up to seven years in prison.
