Nashua Man Charged With 6 Counts Of Stalking
Nashua police said Roy Fontes was charged with multiple counts of stalking after violating a restraining order.
NASHUA, NH — A Nashua man was arrested last week and charged with six counts of stalking, police said. Roy Fontes (pictured), 40, was arrested July 3 at his residence after officers received a report Fontes violated a protective order, according to Nashua police Lieutenant Robert Page.
Fontes was previously convicted of stalking in September 2017. He refused bail and was held at the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections pending an arraignment.
