Nashua Man Indicted On Child Rape Charges: Hillsborough County Superior Court Indictment Roundup
Plus: Sex offenders indicted on charges; NYC man indicted on deception charge; Peabody, MA, man indicted on Merrimack strangulation charge.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the people listed below.
Tarell Mables, 32, of Lowell Street in Nashua, on a felony count of pistols & revolvers; convicted felons-a pistol on April 16 in Nashua. He is a felon due to a second-degree assault conviction.

Joshua MacDonald, 39, of Amherst Street in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing $19,883 worth of ultrasound equipment from Rivier University in Nashua on Jan. 23.
Mikhail Imangazaliyevi Medzhidov, 48, of Quail Ridge in Concord, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Runnels Bridge Road in Hollis on March 25, after the NH DMV deemed him a habitual offender in December 2024.

Jerry Morin, 42, of Railroad Square in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on June 9 in Nashua.

Donald Morrill, 69, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two felony counts of duty to report. He was accused of failing to register with Nashua police between May 10, 2024, and Aug. 1 and failing to tell police a new address on Aug. 1. Morrill is a sex offender due to aggravated felonious sexual assault-victim under 16 and felonious sexual assault-victim under 16 convictions in April 2006, according to the state.
Nathan Nugent, 25, of Briand Street in Nashua, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Gibbins Highway in Wilton on Aug. 9 after being deemed a habitual offender in April 2024 by the NH DMV.

David E. Ogilvie, 51, Pine Street in Nashua, on a felony duty to inform count. He was accused of failing to tell police on March 15 that he moved out of a Nashua apartment. Ogilvie was previously convicted of a change-of-registration information charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in April 2023. He is a sex offender due to an aggravated felonious sexual assault conviction from April 1998, according to the state.

Rolando Oquendo, 57, of 92nd Street in New York, New York, on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of altering a check from another person in excess of $1,501 and attempting to cash it at Citizens Bank in Nashua on May 12.

Brandi Osgood, 48, of Wyoming Street in Dorchester, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She worked in concert with Jesse Bass to steal three JBL Partybox speakers from BJ’s Wholesale Club in Nashua, valued at more than $1,500, on Sept. 25, 2024, according to the indictment.
Jared Owen, 48, of Main Street in Peabody, MA, on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling a family or household member in Merrimack on March 1.
Angel A. Perez-Negron, 45, of Shattuck Street in Nashua, on felonious sexual assault and seven aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of a pattern of fondling, sexually assaulting, and raping a girl between July 8, 2016, and July 7, 2023, in Nashua.
Krista Raxter, 39, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and cocaine mix, and fentanyl, and a falsifying physical evidence felony count. She was accused of possessing the drugs and removing a baggie of fentanyl to impair an investigation on April 19 in Nashua. Raxter was previously convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Salem District Court in March 2024.
