Nashua Man Indicted On Gun Threat, Falsifying Physical Evidence Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Hudson man indicted on rape, strangulation charges; New Boston stalker indicted on another stalking charge; Merrimack drug indictments.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the people listed below.

Courtlandt Madison, 38, of Railroad Square in Nashua, on a felony duty to inform charge. He was accused of failing to register a chance of employment with Nashua police on Nov. 14, 2024. Madison is a sex offender due to indecent exposure and lewdness and uses of computer services-victim under 16 convictions in July 2021.

Chase C. Marable, 21, of Rebecca Circle in Hudson, on aggravated felonious sexual assault and two second-degree assault charges. He was accused of raping and strangling an intimate partner between Aug. 14 and Aug. 15, 2024, in Nashua, and strangling her a second time on Aug. 15, 2024, in Nashua.

Samuel Marmol, 24, of Burnside Street in Nashua, on domestic violence-criminal threatening-deadly weapon and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of threatening a family or household member with a firearm and concealing it to impair an investigation on March 17 in Nashua.

Jason Marrotte, 35, of Ash Street in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of concealing merchandise and attempting to leave Walmart in Hudson on Jan. 19 without paying for the items after being convicted twice before on theft charges.

Leonard Medina, 44, of Main Street in Nashua, on a theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a Ninja air fryer and a slushi maker from Walmart in Hudson on Dec. 16, 2024, after being convicted on larceny charges in Uxbridge and East Brookfield MA district courts.

Jonah Mims, 38, of Worcester Street in Nashua, on falsifying physical evidence and three controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, methamphetamine and fentanyl, all felonies. The drug charges were connected to incidents on Aug. 14, 2024, Jan. 7, and Feb. 24 in Nashua. Mims was accused of concealing an object to impair an investigation on Aug. 14, 2024, in Nashua.

Joshua Morales, 33, of Pine Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine. He was accused of the sale of a controlled drug by communicating via text message with a person and setting up a mutually agreed-upon location in Merrimack with the intent to sell.

Matthew Ryan, 38, of Abbott Farm Lane in Hudson, on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and buprenorphine, on Nov. 9, 2024, in Hudson.

Chad Silver, 42, of Myrtle Street in Nashua, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine and two duty to report charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug on July 15, 2024, and failing to tell Nashua police about two temporary addresses on Feb. 15, 2024.

Devonta Soto, 32, of Rice Avenue in Nashua, on a felony domestic violence charge. He was accused of pointing a Glock 17 .177-caliber pellet pistol at another person and pulling the slide back on Dec. 9, 2024, in Nashua. Antwan Stroud, 45, of Temple Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Dec. 12, 2024. Previously, according to the indictment, he was been convicted on sale of a controlled drug charges.

Jessica Theriault, 49, of Arrowwood Road in New Boston, on violation of a protective order-subsequent and stalking charges. She was accused of being in close proximity to a protected party’s hotel room in Merrimack on Nov. 24, 2024. Previously, according to the indictment, Theriault was convicted in Manchester District Court on a stalking charge in December 2022.

Richard Tucker, 30, of Amherst Street in Manchester, on operating after certification as a habitual offender and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and methamphetamine, on Feb. 6, 2024, in a parking lot of Baboosic Lake Road in Merrimack. He was certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV in October 2023.
