Nashua Man Threatens To Kill Brother With Machete: Police
Nashua police said Ben Austin, 22, punched his brother then threatened to murder him with a machete, police said.

NASHUA, NH — A Nashua man was arrested this week after police said he assaulted his brother and threatened to kill him with a machete. Ben Austin (pictured), 22, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor domestic violence and felony criminal threatening, according to Nashua police Lieutenant Robert Page.
The assault happened Tuesday afternoon and a city residence, Page said.
"Patrol officers discovered that Austin had assaulted his brother by punching him," Page said in a statement. "This assault led the victim to having minor facial injuries that did not require medical attention. Prior to the assault, the victim reported that Austin had threatened to kill him with a machete."

Austin refused bail and was held at the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections pending an arraignment.
