Nashua Man And Woman Charged With Selling Heroin/Fentanyl
Robert Ngari and Angelique McClintock were arrested Thursday. Ngari also faces additional charges including heroin/fentanyl possession.
NASHUA, NH — A man and woman from Nashua were arrested Thursday after being accused of selling heroin or fentanyl, the Nashua Police Department said.
Robert Ngari, 38, and Angelique McClintock, 22, were each charged with acts prohibited; sale of controlled drug (heroin/fentanyl), which is a special felony. Ngari also was charged with criminal liability for acts prohibited; sale of a controlled drug (heroin/fentanyl), which is a class B felony, and possession of a controlled drug (heroin/fentanyl), also a class B Felony, police said.
A spokesperson for the Nashua PD said Friday that the department still was waiting for the results from the state lab to determine if the recovered substance was heroin or fentanyl. Though both drugs fall under the same law and carry the same penalty, the spokesperson said.

Ngari and McClintock both were released on personal recognizance bail and are scheduled to be arraigned on Jan. 12 at the Hillsborough County Superior Court, authorities said.
According to police reports, detectives from the Nashua PD Narcotics Intelligence Division received information that Ngari and McClintock were involved in the sale of heroin or fentanyl within Nashua.

Based on information gathered during a police investigation, warrants were issued for the arrest of both Ngari and McClintock, the Nashua PD said.
At the time of his arrest, Ngari was found to be in possession of heroin or fentanyl, police said.
