Nashua Police Arrests: Stalking, Domestic Violence Charges

The Nashua Police Department made the following arrests. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

• Jennifer Beth Vallier, 26, of 5 Ferryalls Court, Nashua, charged with burglary, fraudulent use of credit card, receiving stolen property, May 28.
• Tyler Ryan Paul, 21, of 70.5 Chestnut St., Apt. B, Nashua, arrested on electronic bench warrant for failure to appear at arraignment May 29.
• Hector Manuel Colon, 28, of 13 Lock St., Apt. A, Nashua, arrested on bench warrant for failure to appear at arraignment May 29.
• Cory O. Michaud, 23, of 1 Beacon Court, Nashua, charged with theft by unauthorized taking May 29.
• Miguel Cruz, 31, of 4 Foster Court, Nashua, charged with stalking/domestic violence, simple assault on a police officer, resisting arrest and default or breach of bail conditions May 29.
• Dustin Adams, 29, of 232 Cemetery Road, Bath, charged with falsifying physical evidence, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, criminal liability for the conduct of another, resisting arrest and detention May 29.
• Gary Boiko, 55, of 8 Lafayette Terrace, Chelmsford, Mass., charged with driving while intoxicated May 29.
• Tina Marie Ayuso-Ayala, 50, of 68 Canal St., Nashua, charged with stalking/domestic violence May 30.
• Edward Baez Martinez, 27, of 51 Chestnut St., Apt. A, Nashua, charged with driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration May 30.
