NASHUA, NH — A sex offender from Nashua was arrested on July 4, accused of duty to report and duty to inform again.

In mid-January, police received information accusing Stanley Urbanowicz, 38, of Nashua, of being noncompliant with his registration requirements, according to Sgt. John Cinelli, the public information officer and communications division supervisor for the Nashua Police Department. It was reported Urbanowicz obtained a new cellphone but failed to notify the police about it, as required by law, he said. Urbanowicz was required to report any changes in his sex offender registration after being convicted of indecent exposure and lewdness in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in November 2004.

“Urbanowicz also failed to conduct a required semi-annual sex offender registration at the Nashua Police Department,” Cinelli said.
