Nashua Teen Accused Of Threatening To Slit Intimate Partner’s Throat: Superior Court Indictment Roundup

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the people listed below.

Valmore Laplante, 46, of Temple Street in Nashua, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He sold the drug to a cooperating person working with Nashua police and handed the drug to Jessica Cothern, ordering her to conceal it on her person, on Jan. 28, according to the indictments.

Derek Lennartson, 54, of East Pearl Street in Nashua, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining five pairs of sunglasses, valued at $2,222 on Feb. 20 in Hudson, that were stolen from the Sunglass Hut in Nashua.

Ryan Macintyre, 38, of Appleton Way in Amherst, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge, in Hudson on Feb. 2.

Felix Marengo Jr., 34, of Marshall Street in Nashua, on tampering with witnesses and informants and domestic violence charges, both felonies. He was accused of terrorizing an intimate partner with a deadly weapon by saying, “If I find out you are f------ somebody else, I am going to kill you. I am going to shoot you. I will kill you and I will make it look like your fault” or words to that effect. Marengo also spoke with another person and told them to talk to the victim and have her drop the charges or he would call DCY on her, would show the state videos of her dirty apartment, and nudes of her, threatening to commit nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images, according to the indictment.

Brandon Marsocci, 33, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and cocaine mix and fentanyl, on Feb. 5 and April 1 in Nashua.

Adam Masseur, 36, of Brinton Drive in Nashua, on three theft by unauthorized taking and six burglary charges, all felonies. He acted in concert with Hasim Zubhuza to obtain more than $1,500 worth of tools from Hudson RPM in Nashua on Jan. 10, obtained tools owned by four other people in Nashua on Jan. 30, and obtained more than $1,500 in tools owned by others in Nashua on Feb. 4, according to the indictments. Masseur also worked with Zubhuza to burglarize storage units on Burke Street in Nashua on Jan. 3, Jan. 10, Jan. 18, Jan. 30, Feb. 4, and Feb. 12.

Kimberly Marie Masson, 42, of Bantley Hill Road in Londonderry, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. She was accused of driving on Dugout Road in Hudson on Feb. 5 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in July 2015.

Ryan Masterson, 39, of Williams Street in Nashua, on two felony operating while deemed a habitual offender-subsequent charges. He was accused of driving a 2004 GMC Yukon on Gillis Way in Nashua on Feb. 7 and East Hollis Street in Nashua on Feb. 17 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in March 2016. Masterson, according to the indictment, was previously convicted of habitual offender in Concord District Court in July 2021.

Nicholas Beau Maynard, 31, of Main Street in Raymond, on reckless conduct-deadly weapon-non-firearm and three reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving recklessly, passing multiple vehicles, crossing yellow lines, and causing a collision with a tractor-trailer, and driving toward a police cruiser in Litchfield on May 7 and crashing into a police cruiser Hudson on May 7.

He threatened to slit an intimate partner’s throat, while holding a knife against his neck, and placed a pillow against the victim’s nose and mouth on April 15 in Nashua, according to the indictments.
