Nashua Thief Hit Liquor Store, Shaw's: Police

Nashua police said convicted thief Nickolas Boyce was arrested again during a struggle with officers.

NASHUA, NH — A convicted Nashua thief was arrested again over the weekend after police said he stole merchandise from a state liquor store and Shaw's. Nickolas Boyce, 33, was charged with a host of crimes. He refused bail and was held in custody pending an arraignment.

Police Lt. Daniel Mederos said on Saturday afternoon, officers responded to the state liquor store on Main Street for a report of a theft.

"(Boyce) ... was located in a nearby parking lot where he resisted arrest before being taken into custody," Mederos said in a statement. "At the time of arrest Boyce was found in possession of stolen items from the State Liquor Store as well as from an adjacent (Shaw's)."

Boyce was charged with two counts of felony theft, misdemeanor resisting arrest and a violation-level criminal trespassing. He also had a warrant for failure to appear in court.

Boyce was held at the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections pending an arraignment.
