An NPD spokesperson said the department understands that the suspect also owns Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt stores in Salem, New Hampshire, and Peabody and Auburn, Massachusetts, and police said the investigation may involve those other locations.

According to police reports, on July 23, members of the NPD's Uniform Field Operations Bureau responded to a report of a hidden recording device located within the bathroom at Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt.

Detectives from the NPD's Special Investigations Division began an investigation and, according to the NPD, determined that Pou purposely concealed a hidden recording device within the store's bathroom.

As a result of the investigation, detectives applied for and were granted a warrant for Pou's arrest, the NPD said.

At approximately 6:17 p.m. Wednesday, members of the NPD's Problem Oriented Policing Unit arrested Pou, police said.

The NPD has asked anyone with more information about the incident or about potentially suspicious incidents at another Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt location to please contact the NPD at 603-594-3500 or the Crime Line at 603- 589-1665.

Correction: An earlier version of this story said the suspect, Chanphanou (Sab) Pou, was the owner of a Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt store in Manchester, New Hampshire. The Nashua Police Department said it has learned that Pou no longer is the owner of that location. The NPD said the Manchester store is not part of this investigation.
