NY Woman Charged with Uttering False Prescription

Ciara Moore, 30, was arrested without incident at the Strafford County Jail, where she was being held on additional drug charges.

A New York woman was arrested Tuesday for uttering a false or forged prescription in Nashua.

Ciara Moore, 30, of 100 De Kruif Pl 20J, Bronx, NY was charged by the New Hampshire State Police with three counts of making or uttering a false or forged prescription for the controlled drug Oxycodone. She was scheduled to be arraigned on March 12 in 9th Circuit Court Nashua District Division.

Moore was arrested without incident at the Strafford County Jail, where she was being held on additional drug charges.
