Out Of Control Car Crashes Into Another Car And A Bank ATM In Nashua

Two people were injured when a car crossed East Dunstable Road from Timberland Drive on Wednesday and crashed into them.

NASHUA, NH — Two people were injured in a crash on East Dunstable Road that appears to have been caused by an out-of-control car.

A Nashua Fire Ladder truck was driving on East Dunstable Road when it spotted a driver standing and attempting to exit the sunroof of a heavily damaged car. Two AMR ambulances were dispatched to the scene based on the number of patients involved.

A passenger car traveling on Timberland Drive drove across the intersection of East Dunstable Road and told responders his brakes didn’t appear to be working.

After crossing the intersection, he crashed into the other car, pushing it into the ATM of the Lowell Five Savings Bank.

The driver of the car that was initially on Timberland Street was evaluated and refused medical treatment; two people in the other car were transported by AMR to a local hospital with what appeared to be non-life-threatening injuries.

The drive-up had some damage, while the ATM appeared to have only minor damage.

Nashua police are investigating the incident.
