Police Arrest Hudson Man on Heroin Charge

The arrest stemmed from an investigation by the Narcotics Intelligence Division into the distribution of heroin in Nashua.

The Nashua Police Department arrested a Hudson man on April 28 on charges of selling heroin and another narcotic drug.

Police said Christopher Overka, 38, of 26 Central St., Hudson, was charged with one count of unlawful sale of heroin and one count of unlawful sale of the narcotic drug, Suboxone.

Police said Overka is currently an inmate at the Rockingham County House of Corrections. He refused bail and was released to the Rockingham County House of Corrections following his arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court. 

The arrest stemmed from an investigation by the Narcotics Intelligence Division into the distribution of heroin in Nashua.

The Nashua Police Department encourages residents to call the Narcotics Hotline at 594-3597 to report illegal drug activity in the city.
