On August 15, 2013 at about 12:30 pm, the Hudson Police Department received a report of a male subject seated inside a motor vehicle exposing himself while parked at the Wal-Mart store. Upon the officer’s arrival, the motor vehicle was located and contact was made with the male subject identified as Brian Arsenault, 47, of Hudson.
An on-scene investigation was conducted by the officer. Subsequently, Arsenault was taken into custody for one count of Indecent Exposure and Lewdness (class A Misdemeanor).
Arsenault was released on $5000 person recognizance bail. Arsenault will be arraigned at the 9th Circuit Court – Nashua Division on August 29, 2013.
