Report of Pellet Gun Shooter on East Dunstable Road
Appears to be a pellet-gun prank by some teenagers, now in hot water.

Local and state police were on the lookout Wednesday for someone who reportedly shot at a motorist from a van near Exit 2 in Nashua.
Turned out to be teenagers who fired an "Airsoft" pellet gun at another motorist.
"We're still actively looking at this thing," said Nashua Police Capt. Bruce Hansen Thursday. "We have followed up with the complainant, who isn't pressing charges. But we will be meeting with the parents to talk about what happened."
According to Hansen there was no damage done in the incident, which was originally reported by a motorist who said he was heading southbound in the area of the Everett Turnpike when someone in a silver Chevy van shot at him with a BB gun. That driver followed the van into Massachusetts as far as Chelmsford, and provided police with a license plate number, which was traced back to a Nashua vehicle, Hansen said.
Airsoft pellets are made from a plastic composite material and are shot from a pistol using air pressure, Hansen said.
State police were notified Wednesday to be on the lookout for the silver van, but referred questions back to Nashua Police, who are continuing to investigate.
"We know the driver of the vehicle is 17. We don't know if the driver was the one who did he shooting, or if it was a passenger. These are things we're still working on, but the victim just wanted us to document the incident, which is what we're doing."
