Several Nashua Men, Accused Of Selling Or Distributing Drugs, Indicted: Superior Court Roundup
Mass. man indicted on negligent homicide charges after EMT dies in crash; sex offender faces duty to report charges; other drug indictments.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the people listed below.
Ryan Basnett, 28, of Franklin Street in Nashua, on felonious use of a firearm, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-firearm, tampering with witnesses and informants, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine, and four controlled drug act; acts prohibited with intent to distribute-fentanyl, cocaine, and methamphetamine, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and gun on Feb. 5 and March 19 in Nashua and drugs on March 9, 2024, in Hudson. Basnett was accused of attempting to induce another person on April 7 in Nashua from attending a court proceeding by telling another, “make sure (the person) doesn’t go to the court date.” Previously, according to an indictment, he was convicted of possession in May 2023 in Rockingham County Superior Court. Jessie A. Batchelor, 33, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine and fentanyl charges, on July 16, 2024, in Nashua.

Robert M. Bates, 40, of no fixed address in Nashua, on three possession of a controlled drug-subsequent, crack cocaine, buprenorphine, and, clonazepam, and four sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine-subsequent charges, all felonies. He was accused of selling crack cocaine to a cooperating individual working for Nashua police on Aug. 24, Sept. 3, Nov. 5, 2024, and Jan. 20, in Nashua. Bates was also accused of possession on Nov. 14, 2024, and Jan. 24, in Nashua. He was previously convicted of acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in May 2017. Brian Bolyard, 29, incarcerated in Manchester at the time of the indictment, on a felony witness tampering charge. He was accused of attempting to convince a victim to absent herself from a proceeding by saying words to the effect of, “I can’t even tell you to hell her to say anything … I can’t say f------ nothing but you got the f------ hint” on July 13 in Nashua.

Nickolas Burt, 35, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent, fentanyl and buprenorphine, charges on March 2 in Nashua.

Ross Rainey, 34, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Sept. 17, 2024, in Nashua.
Charles Reidy, 32, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing a Sanders Street address in Nashua on Jan. 14.
Paul Joseph Repp, 43, of Wire Road in Merrimack, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on Oct. 2, 2024, in Merrimack.
Zeike A. Reyes Pujols, 45, of West Hollis Street in Nashua, on falsifying physical evidence and eight counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited, cocaine and crack cocaine, all felonies. He was accused of selling or distributing crack cocaine on Oct. 16, Nov. 15, Dec. 2, 2024, Jan. 13, and Jan. 16 in Nashua and possessing cocaine and crack cocaine on Nov. 15, 2024, and Jan. 16 in Nashua. Pujols was also accused of throwing a bag of crack cocaine to the ground on Jan. 16 to impair a Nashua police investigation.
Craig Riley, 52, of Mulberry Street in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing $111 worth of merchandise from Walmart in Nashua on Jan. 19. Twice before, according to the indictment, Riley was convicted on theft charges in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in February 2009 and October 2013.
Cisco Rivera, 20, of Lakeview Avenue in Lowell, Massachusetts, on two felony negligent homicide charges. He was accused of driving under the influence of liquor or drugs and causing a fatal motor vehicle collision that took the life of EMT, Robert Laflamme, on July 19, 2023, in Pelham. Eric Roman, 33, of West Main Street in Hillsboro, on three felony duty to report charges. He was accused of failing to provide Nashua police with a temporary address in Hillsboro on Feb. 29, May 30, and Sept. 4, 2024. Roman is a sex offender due to aggravated felonious sexual assault-victim under 18 and sexual assault convictions from December 2008.
