Six Charged in Drug Sweep

POP Unit investigation nets six drug arrests.

Nashua police arrested six people following investigations into drug activity in the city. Arrests were the result of work by the Problem Oriented Policing (POP) Unit and Uniform patrol division. Arrested were:

Cody Wyatt, 18, of 5 Olympia Circle Nashua, New Hampshire, arrested on Oct. 13, for Unlawful Sale of Controlled Drug, marijuana, Felony. Wyatt was held on $10,000.00 Cash or Surety bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.

David Perez, 25, of 4 Lincoln Avenue Nashua, New Hampshire, arrested on Sept. 25, 2013, for Unlawful Sale of Narcotic Drug, Percocet, Felony and Unlawful Sale of Controlled Drug, marijuana, Felony. Perez was held on $50,000.00 Cash bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.

Rocco Restalli, 33, of 76 Whitney Street Nashua, New Hampshire, arrested on Sept. 27, 2013 for three counts of Unlawful Sale of Narcotic Drug, heroin, Felony and two counts of Unlawful Sale of Narcotic Drug, Oxycodone Hydrochloride, Felony. Restalli was held on $30,0000.00 Cash or Surety bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.

Bryce Caron, 18, of 70 Middle Dunstable Road Nashua, New Hampshire, arrested on Oct. 6, 2013, for three counts of Unlawful Sale of Controlled Drug, marijuana, Felony. Caron was held on $10,000.00 Cash or Surety bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.

Andrew Pratte, 18, of 24 Saturn Lane Nashua, New Hampshire, arrested on Oct. 6, 2013, for three counts of Unlawful Sale of Controlled Drug, marijuana, Felony. Pratte was held on $10,000.00 Cash or Surety bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.

Cory McCrady, 27, of 611 Elmwood Ct Hudson, New Hampshire, arrested on
Sept. 18. 2013, for five Counts of Unlawful Sale of Narcotic Drug, heroin, Felony and Four Counts of Unlawful Sale of Narcotic Drug, cocaine, Felony. McCrady was held on $100,000.00 Cash bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
