Suspect in Armed Home Invasion Arrested in Nashua
Roberto Lopez-Ortiz is being held at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections until he can be turned over to Massachusetts authorities.
A Nashua man was arrested on Sunday on home invasion charges out of Massachusetts.
Around 3:55 p.m. Sunday, members of the Nashua Police Department’s Detective Division, along with members of the Lowell (MA) Police Department arrested Roberto Lopez-Ortiz, 32, of 243 Main St., Apt. #31. He was charged with being a fugitive from justice.
The Lowell Police Department had an active arrest warrant for Lopez-Ortiz for armed home invasion.
He is currently incarcerated at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections until he can be turned over to the authorities in Massachusetts.
