The Nashua Police Accident Investigation Unit, with the assistance of the Criminal Investigation Division, has determined that Ms. Reeves was operating a bicycle on an access road near 610 Amherst Street, towards Celina Avenue. The tractor trailer was moving northerly on Celina Avenue towards Amherst Street when Ms. Reeves rode out into the roadway and struck the vehicle.

At this time speed and alcohol do not appear to have played a role in the accident and it does not appear that there was any improper driving on the part of the tractor-trailer operator. Anyone who witnessed the accident is asked to contact the Nashua Police Department at 603-594-3500.
