Position Title: Electrician and Concert Manager

Description:
The Nashua Community Concerts Association is in need of a Master Electrician/Concert Manager for its 2013-2014 Concert Season. 

Responsibilities include:

• Availability from roughly 2 PM – Midnight on (6) Concert Dates
• All set-up and operation of lighting equipment as required by tech rider supplied by artist
• The management of lighting, sound, and staging crew to meet requirements of tech rider
• The organization of and transport* of all equipment required for show to and from storage unit to venue
• The hiring of additional crew as needed per tech rider
• Communication with Community Concerts Board, officers, and volunteers throughout the season and on show days
• Attendance at annual artist selection meetings^
• Nashua Board of Education review before first concert date
• Possible small additional responsibilities as needed

• Master Electrician certification
• Ability to diagnose and fix all lighting, sound, and staging issues
• Ability to run sound board if needed in emergency
• Ability to lift and carry equipment over 50lbs
• Experience Managing a technical crew
• Good communication skills
• Availability* on all dates at 2PM at storage unit in Merrimack, NH for load in and for artist selection meetings
• Reliable transportation

• Sound design skills
• Large vehicle for transporting equipment
