Woman Charged with Identity Theft

Rhonda Indelicato reportedly used someone else's identity to fraudulently open accounts with PSNH and Comcast.

A Wilton woman was arrested over the weekend on identity theft charges.

On Sunday, Feb. 2, members of the Nashua Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division arrested Rhonda Indelicato, 44, of 5 Kehoe Alley and charged her with two counts of identity theft, each a Class A felony.

On Oct. 20, 2013, the Nashua Police Department’s Uniform Operations Bureau took a report for an identify theft, the suspect being Indelicato. The investigation was furthered by members of the Nashua Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division. Upon further investigation, it was determined that Indelicato had fraudulently opened accounts with Public Service of New Hampshire and Comcast for services in the name of the victim, who is a person known to her. An arrest warrant was subsequently sought and obtained.

Indelicato was released on $15,000 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment scheduled at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court on Feb. 19.
