Woman With Knife Charged In Subway Shop Armed Robbery
Police say Viviana Rosario held up the Main Street Subway sandwich shop at knifepoint.

Viviana Rosario, 26, of 18 ½ Arlington Street #15, Nashua, was arrested on Faxon Street at approximately 8:56 a.m. Aug. 5 after allegedly robbing the Main Street Subway sandwich shop while armed with a knife.
She us charged with robbery, a class A felony; and falsifying physical Evidence, a class B Felony.
Police say On August 5, 2013, at about 1:25 a.m., patrol officers responded to Subway, 291 Main Street, for a report of an armed robbery. A woman armed with a knife took an undisclosed amount of money from the clerk then left on foot. The investigation was furthered by Detectives in the Criminal Investigations Division and Rosario was subsequently identified, located and placed under arrest. It was also learned during the course of the investigation that Rosario had discarded some clothing worn during the course of the robbery and as a result a falsifying physical evidence charge was also brought forward.
A Class B Felony is punishable by up to seven years in the New Hampshire State Prison, exclusive of fines. A class A Felony is punishable by up to 15 years in the New Hampshire State Prison, exclusive of fines. Rosario refused bail and is being held at the Nashua Police Department pending her arraignment at the 9th Circuit-District Division-Nashua Court on August 6, 2013.
