Americans for Prosperity–New Hampshire will host an ObamaCare “Real People, Real Stories” dinner in Portsmouth, New Hampshire on Tuesday, March 18 at 6:30 p.m. The event will feature New Hampshire residents discussing the impact that the Affordable Care Act has had on their lives and their health care. Each panelist will have a chance to discuss his or her experience, and then there will be a question and answer period.
“The numbers impacted by ObamaCare are bad enough – including 23,000 New Hampshire residents who had their policies canceled or 10 communities that will lose access to their hospitals and doctors through the exchanges – but even worse are the personal stories behind the statistics,” said Greg Moore, AFP-NH State Director. “It’s important to understand that these numbers represent real people who are being negatively impacted as a direct result of ObamaCare. Our dinner will provide these individuals with the platform to share their stories in order for everyone to better understand just how harmful ObamaCare has been.”
The event will be held at the Portsmouth Harbor Events & Conference Center, located at 100 Deer St.
