Man Charged With Drug Possession In Portsmouth
A Nashua man was arrested Thursday and charged with opiates possession at a hotel after a Granite Shield operation by Portsmouth police.

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Police have arrested a Nashua man at a Portsmouth hotel after investigating opiate distribution in the area. Eric Glenn, 27, of Nashua, was charged with Class B felony drug possession. His arrest was a result of the Granite Shield program, police say.
The investigation that led to Glenn's arrest was conducted by the Portsmouth Police High Intensity Drug Interdiction Team. It was part of Granite Shield, a state-funded program intended to target opioid distribution in the city, police say.
After his arrest, Glenn was released on personal recognizance bail. He is scheduled to appear for arraignment at Rockingham County Superior Court on May 31.
